These Glass Repair Service Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (ResilienceGlassLLC.com), products, and services, including glass repair, installation, and replacements. 2. Services Provided

Primarily, we specialize in:

• Glass repair/replacement with custom shower enclosures

• Additionally, frameless glass doors and window installation

• For complex projects, skylight/specialty glass installation
  However, all services require on-site inspection approval.

3. Quotes & Payments

Regarding estimates:
• Free consultations are provided, though quotes reflect material costs
For deposits:
• To initiate work, we require 50% for custom orders
• Subsequently, balance payment is due upon completion
Important note: Late payments beyond 30 days incur fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

For custom orders:

• Once production begins, orders become non-refundable
  Regarding appointments:

• At minimum, 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling
  Exception: Defective materials are replaced at no cost

5. Warranties

Coverage includes:
• 1-year workmanship warranty (however, manufacturer terms vary)
Important limitations:
• While we guarantee installations, we don’t cover:

• Pre-existing structural issues

• Third-party damages

• Post-installation modifications

6. Website Use

All content remains our intellectual property. Furthermore:
• Unauthorized scraping/modification is prohibited
• Although we may link to third parties, we don’t endorse their content

7. Communications

By providing contact info, you consent to SMS/email messages. Nevertheless:
• Opt-out anytime via STOP/unsubscribe
• Rest assured, we never sell your data

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Consequently, disputes will be resolved in Santa Barbara County courts.
